Of course we allow returns for all allowable products* You may return any item ordered, in its original condition, within 28 days of delivery. 

If you want to try your item at home and after trying to find it is not  suitable, it must be returned to us in immaculate condition, with the original tags still attached and free from any defined odour (food smells, cigarettes, perfume, deodorant etc.) Skateboards and Footwear must be returned inside the original box or shoebox and packaged suitably for transit.

All returned items are inspected on return and may be returned to you should they not be returned in a suitable condition. 

*We take hygiene and safety seriously, therefore there are certain items which are not eligible for return including:

Custom orders including decks with the grip tape applied

Face, body, and grooming products

Underwear and socks 

Face masks and coverings

None of this affects your statutory rights.

The 28-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location. 

Please contact us with the order number and reason for return. Once we have issued you with a returns number then you can ship the item back to us or come to our store to return the item.

If you decide to return the item it is your responsibility to cover any return shipping costs. We will cover the return cost If your return item is deemed to be faulty, or you have received an incorrect item.

The goods remain the customers’ responsibility until we have received them so please ensure they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. It’s recommended that you cover the insurance or use a tracked service. 

If you return your order within the 28-day window, we will refund the item’s value straight back to the original payment method.

We are unable to provide exchanges on the site, if you require a replacement in another size  please re order and we will ship out. 

Please allow 5 working days from when we receive your item to process your return. You will receive email confirmation as soon as the return has completed processing. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to become visible on your statement, depending on your bank.

The refund will cover each item amount less shipping cost.  Partial order returns will be refunded pro rata, less the pro rated shipping cost.

If Order was upgraded from free shipping then will refund minus shipping cost we incurred
