The back graphic is a skull that looks grown rather than drawn, with a crown of twisted, root-like lines spelling out the Sullen logo in a jagged, death-metal-inspired style. The art has the hand-rendered, airbrushed texture of dark fine art and album-cover illustration, and it feels haunting and overgrown, like something that has slowly decayed and come back to life underground. Venomous green accents glow from the eyes and drip from the roots, adding a toxic, supernatural edge to the otherwise monochrome palette.
